Very poor lighting inside the room

Wonderful rooms, clean, great location

No real bar and not open very long

Nice hotel right in the Dotonbori district of Osaka; excellent location. Clean, modern and stylish. Rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable.

Housekeeping doesn't seem to turn the room daily. Not a huge deal, but after 2 days our trash can was starting to fill up.

Laundry only took coins.

location was near restaurants, shopping and Dontonburi. The washing machine was a must have for us and was nice to have your own washing machine in the room.

The bed was a little hard

I liked the wall of plants, until I discovered they were fake.

the air conditioning wasn't great, the shoes were too small and didn't fit.

Location! 5 min walk to Dotonburi area, 7 eleven and Family mart within 1-2 minutes of the hotel, many nearby restaurants. Very large bathroom, full size stand in shower and full size tub.

The lighting in the room was quite dim around the sink area, this made it somewhat difficult to put on makeup.

It was clean and had so many amenities (I availed the room with washing machine).

It was a bit dark

it is very modern, clean, sleek, stylish. Great breakfast served, washer/dryer in the suite. Good sized rooms for Japan.

The rooms are a bit dark. but that is so minor I would still stay there again, and will if I return to Osaka

Location was amazing ?. Would come back here just coz of the location. 5 mins walk from GlicoThe hairdryer in the room was ReFa brand which is really premium and came in very useful ? ?

Room service notice had to be put on the room door before 11 am which is really inconvenient.

Despite located in the heart of Namba, yet the hotel is located in a quiet part of it. Restaurants, shops , convenience stores are only a across the property .

Amazing view! Comfortable bed! Great location! Kind and helpful staff! Best breakfast from all the places we stayed in Japan. The washing machine/dryer combo brought such convenience! A great base for exploring Osaka and more!

The staff were friendly, location was ideal, walking distance to main places and close to train stations

The lighting was bad Had to ask reception for another lamp Couldn’t see much in the corridors or even in the rooms I’d recommend having settings where you can dim or brighten the light as needed

Loved that it was within walking distance of Osaka Namba Station, Dotonbori, and Shopping Streets. Everything was close by. Small section (like 1/4 block looked a lil shady because of graffiti, but I truly believe it’s more of self expression vs. gang related, did feel uneasy whatsoever.

Rooms are super dark, which is a plus if you want to sleep in. But even with all the lights on it was still pretty dark.

Absolutely amazing, clean/ modern. Nice staff, in the best location by dotonbori and at the luxury street for shopping but also can walk the other way and find great small restaurants and shops. My favorite hotel in Japan.

The washer and dryer combo ruined my delicate clothes, the dryer shrunk them. I would avoid using the dryer a they do not have an iron. Ruined $300 worth of my clothes

Modern, nice and very close to everything. Loved having a washing machine.

It was a bit dark over the vanity to put makeup on. Also we checked in late And all lights came on when we entered room so we couldn’t see how to turn off the light above the vanity til the morning. Couldn’t sleep well the first night due to it and too tired to call the desk. In the morning we found a switch on the side of the vanity table that was the same color as the table. Maybe would be good to Inform late check-ins to this problem. We had two rooms and both didn’t find switch till the morning. Otherwise very nice stay.

There is no enough lightning in the room i even cant put my make up its was so dark also the sink water pressure was so low when i turn it on the hot side!! The room size is very very small even if its 25 m the way its arranged doesn’t gives me any space to put your luggage and
